This is a private, community hospital program. Kicks interns and residents. Attracts colombian nationals. Alleged racism. Forces them to see psychiatrist (many extremely malignant programs do this). Controversial PD, assoc PD, ICU chief and even the chief resident (2008-2009).

At risk of loosing accreditation in 2010. ACGME renewed accreditation only for cycle length of 2 years on September 20, 2008.
